Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Lesson Plan

Bringing in Technology

Throughout the study of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, and text-to-speech software for reading assignments, or any other ADA-mandated technological accommodations.

In the Day 1 activity "Understanding the Counterculture Movement (Part 1)" students will research their topic using the internet and create a PowerPoint presentation of their findings. They will also incorporate any relevant images that they find online.

In the Day 1 activity "Duke and the Attorney's Drugs" students will perform internet research using tablets, computers, or a SmartBoard.
