Throughout the study of Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close,students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, and text-to-speech software for reading assignments, or any other ADA-mandated technological accommodations.

The long-term activity, "Understanding 9/11," that spans Day One through Day Three, may require access to audio/visual recording technology for students to record interviews, individual computers for students to create digital presentations, and a projector or smart board to display student work.
