In sound refutation of Holocaust deniers, how can one demonstrate that the Holocaust occurred?

There is proverbial mountain of evidence that the Holocaust occurred. Not only are there countless eyewitness accounts of both the Jews that suffered in the concentration and death camps, there are a tremendous number of eyewitness accounts from the Nazis that perpetrated the Holocaust that prove the Holocaust occurred. If that were not enough, there was a substantial amount of video and pictures taken by Freedom Fighters within the camp that show that the genocide did, in fact, occur. Scientists have also traveled to the sites of the concentration camps (for example, Auschwitz) and carefully combed over the sites, testing for traces of chemicals and studying the camp itself. Their results, which show that the mass-slaughter did occur, should be enough to prove that the Holocaust occurred. However, for some, that is not enough. The most damaging evidence comes in the form of both written correspondence and speeches that members of the Nazi high command gave, all of which in one way or another referred to the mass-death of the Jewish people.

How do deniers explain away the disparity between the amount of Zyklon B found in the Creamatoria vs. the delousing chambers (there was much more Zyklon B found in the delousing chambers than in the Creamatoria)? Why are they wrong?

A main tenant of the Holocaust denial platform is that Zyklon B was used during the war not to kill Jews, but to delouse the Jews' clothing. They claim that the chemical was one of the most effective delousing agents (it wasn't and never will be) and the reasons that traces of Zyklon B were found is because the Nazis used it to delouse clothing... that the Nazis had no sinister intent in their use of Zyklon B.

This is patently false. It takes 20 minutes to kill people with Zyklon B and nearly 12 hours to kill people., meaning that there would be a much more exposure to Zyklon B in the delousing chambers than in the Crematoria. Put simply: deniers' argument is hogwash and scientifically ignorant.

Why is the Leuchter Report worthless?

The Leuchter Report, which many Holocaust deniers point to as proof that the genocide did not occur, is worthless for countless reasons. For one, the results are scientifically deficient. Leuchter entered the grounds of Auschwitz-Birkenau illegally without the tools that would be required to properly conducts tests on the camp. As such, he incorrectly collected the samples in the camp, resulting in faulty testing which the scientist who tested Leuchters samples and gave Leuchter the results said were "meaningless." If that were not enough, Leuchter was not even qualified to take the tests. He is neither a trained scientist. In fact, his day job was to go around and fix electric chairs and other such devices for states.
