    Comparison of Two-Tellings

    Objective:

    The class will compare two tellings of the myth of Hero and Leander.

    Common Core Standards:

    CCSS.ELA-Literacy.CCRA.R.2, CCSS.ELA-Literacy.CCRA.R.9

    Structure:

    Request that students look at their copies of Hero and Leander to compare with another poem that takes the same myth as the basis for the poem.
