Students will analyze each character and determine each one's motives for completing the journey around the world.

Structure:
As Around the World in 80 Days comes to a close, four characters (Phileas Fogg, Passepartout, Aouda, and Fix) are united by a common goal--to reach England as quickly as possible. Each of our four principal characters is very motivated to complete the journey--but they are all motivated for different reasons.
