It is a line that each of the victims starts the message to vigilante with. It is Sadie's code for abuse victims. The line comes from her own scene after her boy is killed, and she is unable to help him, seeing only the trucks on the road that won't stop coming, indicating that no one can hear her, even if she tries to scream. It is symbolic of the helplessness of the abuse victims who are silenced, who aren't able to call for help.
My will can't change anything.
These are Sadie's words before she became a vigilante. She felt the helplessness after her son being killed, right before they almost escaped. This is the answer to another woman at the shelter who talked about regaining her will and her power. It is this same woman that will motivate her on her quest to get her life back and help others.

In a final attempt to regain control over her, Sadie's husband uses emotional manipulation, telling her that he loves her, trying to remind her of the home she once had with him. It is a typical example of an abuser not running back from anything in order to get what he wants, which is control.
You killed our boy because he saw the truth of you.
Sadie mentions that her husband never abused her in front of their son, meaning that he wanted to retain the double face he put up in front of others, among which is his son. The thought of having his true face revealed is unbearable because it is equal to losing control.
