    While it's clear that Joe doesn't actually hate Linda, how do you feel about his analysis of why he "hates" her? Do you agree or disagree with his logic? Explain.

    Joe has all of these intense feelings about his mother’s attack, and, knowing her attacker was Linden Lark, it’s natural for him to feel some anger toward anyone related to him. Furthermore, he knows Linda had the opportunity to rid the world of Linden by not donating her kidney to him, but she didn’t, even though she knew he was a bad person capable of evil deeds.
