Chapter 21: What a Ruler Should Do in Order to Be Thought Outstanding
In Chapter 21, Machiavelli discusses how princes can win over their subjects. He writes, "Nothing enables a ruler to gain more prestige than undertaking great campaigns and performing unusual deeds."
