A mental struggle to formulate words, sentences, memories, ideas or responses.

forsaken

Abandoned and discarded.

avocation

A serious hobby or non-conpensated type of work done for enjoyment.

monstrosity

Large and unwieldy; hideous and ugly; freakish and unnatura.
