In each Day, students will use Evernote for an ongoing annotation/journal activity.
In Day 1, students will watch this high-quality illustrated video which provides a visual learning experience. The short video summary is over six minutes and covers the major characters and plot points of the story.
In Day 2, students will use the internet to search for and discuss iconic stills from movies, and use their insights to develop their own still image based on the story.
In Day 3, students will use the internet to analyze the connection between The Pearl and a song by Fleming and John.
In Day 3, students may experiment with Google to enrich their contributions to the activity.
