Students will watch the HBO film based on the book and analyze the presentation.

Structure:

This is day two of watching the HBO film, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.

Show the students the last 45 minutes of the film. Tell them to continue their notes from the last class--they will be writing a review of the film for homework, so they should be sure to note down important aspects of the on-screen portrayal of Deborah and Rebecca's story.
