Why is it important to question religion as expounded by Sigmund Freud?
Faith and reality are two parallel things in life. Sigmund illustrates that people are blinded by religious doctrines which cannot be substantiated. For instance, Christians believe in supernatural powers they have not witnessed because the religious doctrines dictate them to do so. Religious people also believe in life after death something that is based on theories but not facts. Therefore, it is vital for people to question their religions and understand why they are asked to follow some doctrines.
