The Sea
The sea is beautiful, mysterious, and occasionally violent. It teems with life as well as death and is in constant conflict with the cliff. Its unfathomable loveliness is illuminated by sunlight; it moves and flows endlessly. Though full of living creatures, it "grows old" as it vies with the cliff.
The Cliff
A sturdy edifice damaged by the marks of humans, it stands firm against the brutal crashing of the sea. One side of it is "dead" but it remains nonetheless. It is stoic, defiant, and a worthy foe (albeit one engaged in a symbiotic relationship).
