Chapter 4 - Motion in Two and Three Dimensions - Questions - Page 83: 17

Answer

A projectile's minimum speed is always reached at its greatest height.

Work Step by Step

At its' greatest height, there's nowhere for a projectile to go but downward. As we know, gravity accelerates projectiles downwards so the speed is just going to get greater as the projectile descends.
