The mass of the Sun wouldn’t change as it collapsed to form a black hole. Also, the mass of the orbiting Earth, and the distance d between the CM of Earth and the CM of the sun wouldn't change. The gravitational force upon the Earth doesn't change, so its orbit remains the same.
