$C=\frac{F-32}{1.8}$ so, when F=98.2, $C=\frac{98.2-32}{1.8}=36.78$ her final temperature = $36.78-8.5=28.28^{\circ}C$ $F=1.8C+32=1.8\times 28.28+32=82.904^{\circ}F$
