It is much more healthy to eat natural foods that are rich in phytochemicals, than to eat processed foods that have been enhanced with phytochemicals, because natural foods ensure a healthy lifestyle while processed foods can have unwanted side effects. For many thousands of years we have lived off of the food from nature, which has worked for us most of the time, so there is no reason to change this now. Processed foods are artificially made which can mean that they may contain substances that are not good for the body, which is why we should stay clear of them.
