Answer

B

Work Step by Step

Hydrogen bonds are known for their strong bonds with oxygen atoms. Note, Hydrogen bonds are not bonds between atoms in the same molecule. Rather, when a Hydrogen is bonded to an Oxygen, Fluorine, or Nitrogen atom, the molecule becomes extremely polar. Thus, the molecule is attracted to other molecules where a Hydrogen is bonded to an Oxygen, Fluorine, or Nitrogen atom. This attraction between these two molecules is called a Hydrogen bond.
