Chapter 8 - Properties of Gases - Conceptual Exercise 8.8 - Comparing Densities - Page 338: a

Answer

Density of He = 0.000166 g/mL, density of Lithium = 0.53 g/mL. These densities reflect that atoms of He gas are spread in far greater area as compared to that of Lithium, whose atoms are closely packed. This also proves the Kinetic molecular theory, according to which most of he area of gas is empty space and there is a large distance between the atoms.
