ADH is a hormone that increases blood pressure. Its hypersecretion will cause chronic elevation of blood pressure. It can increase blood pressure in two ways, it promotes the water reabsorption in kidney which increases blood volume and blood pressure. It also causes vasoconstriction in blood vessels which also increases blood pressure.
