We are given the sequence $0, 10, 8, 18, 16...$ Starting at 0, the pattern of this sequence is to add 10 to get the next number and then subtract 2 to get the following number. Then, the pattern repeats. For example, $0+10-2=8$ and $8+10-2=16$. Therefore, the next number in this sequence is $16+10=26$.
