These functions have in common that $f(-3)=1$, i.e. they all pass through the point $(-3,1)$ no matter what $m$ is. We can show it: $$f(-3)=1+m(-3+3)=1+m\cdot0=1.$$ The graphs for $m=-1$(blue), $m=0$(orange) and $m=1$(green) are on the figure below.
