First, notice that all the y-cooridnates are powers of $\frac23.$ Then from that we can see that the first coordinate is $(1, (\frac23)^1)$ and the second is $(2, (\frac23)^2)$ etc. Thus, we come to our answer $y=(\frac23)^x$
