The book is based around the life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg who was the second female Justice of the US Supreme Court. Her achievements in the legal world are numerous and she has made massive contributions towards women’s rights in the US. Her key court cases include Weinberger v. Wiesenfeld (1975) and Frontiero v. Richardson (1973). She has also worked to decompress gender equality within society, through her work in the ACLU's Women's Rights Project.
