Naming days

The narrator describes his naming days using sight imagery. The narrator says, “On my naming day when I come 12 I gone fron spear and kilt a wyld boar he parbly ben the las wyld pig on Bundle Downs any how there handt ben none for a long befor him nor I ain't looking to see none agen.”

The imagery of the moon

The depiction of the moon and its description is a clear illustration of sight imagery. The author writes, “It wer mon come out. The rain littlt off the sky clear and the moon come out. We put the boars head on the poal up on top of gate house. His tusks glimmer and you cud see a dryd up trickl from the corners of his eyes like 1 las tear from each.”

Hearing imagery

The narrator listened to the older lady sing, and her voice sounded like she was a young woman despite being the oldest in the crowd. "she sung that in my hear then we freshent the luck up there on top of the gatehouse. She we the oldest in our crowd but her voice wernt old. It made the rest of her seam yung for a little.”
