George Clooney
George Clooney is one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood. His breakout role came in the 1990s on NBCs ER. Before this he made guest and recurring appearances on such television shows as Roseanne, The Golden Girls and Baby Talk. Clooney has gone on to act, direct and produce films that have been nominated for Academy Awards (Good Night and Good Luck, Up In The Air, The Descendants, The Ides of March, Michael Clayton). He took home the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his work in Syriana, and for Best Picture (Argo) as a producer. Clooney is also an avid humanitarian and has supported multiple efforts across the globe.
John Turturro
John Turturro is most well known for his collaborations with the Coen Brothers, Spike Lee, and Adam Sandler. After finishing at The Yale School of Drama, Turturro's first role was in Martin Scorsese's Raging Bull, though he didn't have any lines. He also won an Obie Award for his creation of the title character in John Patrick Shanley's Danny and the Deep Blue Sea. His films include Barton Fink, Miller's Crossing, The Big Lebowski, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, The Last Night, The Transformers series, and Do The Right Thing.
Tim Blake Nelson
Tim Blake Nelson is an actor who began in the theatre, before moving into film and television in the 1990s. The Coen Brothers have said that he was the only actor in the production to have read Homer's Odyssey, on which the film is loosely based. He is most well known for his roles in The Incredible Hulk (2008), Syriana, and O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Chris Thomas King
Chris Thomas King plays Tommy Johnson, a character based on the real-life blues guitar player who was said to have sold his soul to the devil in exchange for mastery of the guitar. King is himself a blues musician and was chosen for this role for his musical abilities. He would go on to have roles in such films as Ray, Kill Switch, The Soul of Man as well as a role on the HBO series Treme.
John Goodman
Like John Turturro, John Goodman is also a frequent collaborator of the Coen Brothers. After earning a scholarship to play football at Missouri State University, Goodman became more interested in theater and decided to pursue a career in entertainment. His first big role was in the Broadway musical Big River in 1985. His television work includes a Golden Globe-winning performance on Roseanne. His films include Raising Arizona, Barton Fink, The Big Lebowski, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Inside Llewyn Davis, The Flintstones, The Artist, Argo, and Atomic Blonde.
Holly Hunter
Holly Hunter is also a frequent collaborator of the Coen Brothers, having first worked with them on Raising Arizona. She won the Oscar for Best Actress for her work in Jane Campion's The Piano and has won 2 Emmy Awards. Her other films include Blood Simple (the Coen Brothers' first film), Broadcast News, Home for the Holidays, O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Moonlight Mile, Thirteen, The Incredibles, and The Big Sick.
Charles Durning
Charles Durning was a prolific actor of film, television, and theater in his long career. He was nominated for Oscars for The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and To Be Or Not to Be. He started onstage, and it was his performance in That Championship Season that earned him a role in 1973's The Sting. His other films include Dog Day Afternoon, When a Stranger Calls, The Muppet Movie, Tootsie, Home for the Holidays (with Holly Hunter), and Dick Tracy.
Wayne Duvall
