Masha
The main antagonist of the story and the owner of the Tranquillum House, Masha is a strange and private individual who is hiding dark secrets. Having had a traumatic past, with health complications, she uses the Tranquillum House as a way to help people recover from their personal problems.
Yao
Yao works at the Tranquillum House and as Masha’s personal assistant. He was previously working as a paramedic and was involved in saving Masha’s life when she suffered from a heart attack.
Frances
Frances is one of the visitors invited to the Tranquillum House, hoping to see some personal satisfaction in her love life. Despite working as a romance novelist, she is unlucky in life, which leads to much comic relief throughout the story.
