Students may have a variety of thoughts about what happens between Jason and Medea. They may think, for instance, that Medea should not have killed her own children or that Jason has acted unfairly towards Medea by marrying somebody else. They may believe both of those things, having empathy for Medea's sorrow and grief but realizing that her response was cruel and disproportionate.
