A brilliant radiance; shining brightly.

Opprobrium

Harsh criticism or censure; disgrace arising from shameful conduct.

Acerbic

Sharp and forthright, especially in speech or tone.

Exculpatory

Clearing someone from blame or fault; exonerating.

Intractability

The quality of being hard to control or deal with.

Numinous

Having a strong religious or spiritual quality; suggesting the presence of a divinity.

Exiguous

Very small in size or amount; meager.

Anomie

A lack of social or ethical standards in an individual or group.

Lachrymal

Relating to tears or weeping.

Perfunctorily

Done as a duty or routine without real interest or care.

Epiphenomenon

A secondary effect or byproduct that arises from but does not causally influence a process.
