to analyze Jaobs' character development and how it enhances her major themes

Structure:
In today's installment, your students will again write from Jacobs' perspective while outlining the novel. In this entry, they will focus on outlining their characters. They will choose five characters to write about. At least two should be minor characters, such as Rose or the young Mr. Flint's new bride. Their entry should make use of direct quotes from the novel, and address the following questions about each character:
