Objective:

Students will be able to: BR[]*Conduct brief research about each of the Mirabal sisters, BR[]*Discuss how the real-life sisters might be different than Alvarez's portrayals of them, and BR[]*Present their findings to the class.

Structure:

For the second day of the activity, you may wish to re-introduce the topic by modeling analysis of another sister, or using the same sister and different material from the day's reading assignment.
