Turn Around
Matt has met John and begins to leave to get dressed for golf when he completely stops in his tracks and turns around. This imagery of him alone in a different part of the house than everyone else reveals that he has just understood that Joey is engaged to Dr. Prentice, a black man and he comes shuffling back out in shock.
Come along, Hilary
Christina leads Hilary, who works for her at her art gallery, out of her home. Hilary, with her body language, continues to engage with John and Joanna, not wanting to leave. This imagery reveals that Christina is throwing Hilary out of her home, and a few moments later we watch as she fires Hilary.
Dinner
The final scene we finally see the two families sit down to have dinner. It hasn't been perfect, there are still unresolved feelings, but they are at the table regardless. This imagery is significant to the necessity of people in America to continue to sit down with one another and share a meal as it can be the beginning of so much more to come.
Sunset
Christina takes Mrs. Prentice out on the patio in order to see the sun before it completely sets in order to speak with her privately. The imagery of the sun setting relates to the setting chance of Matt agreeing to allow Joey and John to have his blessing for their marriage.
