“Here, I will set up-aikya! There is so much room! There is no one to bother me here.”

Coyote

The question "Why should someone need privacy?" is answered by Coyote's secret ambitions to isolate himself from the rest of society. In most cases, contemplation is actualized in a conducive environment where an individual is not disturbed by the outside world. Meditating is good because it helps an individual reflect and develop a new strategy or approach to face the challenges ahead. Before moving to the desert, Coyote lived among people who suspected him of being a mythical creature that caused trouble. Even after moving to the desert, people still believed that he was the reason for the sudden disappearance of people who took a vacation there. Coyote

Existential satisfaction is drawn from this line because, after a long struggle, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Coyote's long drives to look for drugs are metaphorical to illustrate the significance of not giving up in life. Success is not for the faint-hearted but belongs to those who believe in persistence. The novel focuses on the exquisiteness of the story's ideas to bring out the connotation of existential understanding of life. The conclusion is that, despite Coyote's struggles to regain his good health, the ending is rewarding because he gets a full recovery.

Gila Monster

The ideas of aptitude, comprehension, and perceptiveness are well explored in the novel. Coyote's attempt to conduct a risky experiment is an experience that proves his intelligence and comprehension of human problems. However, every experimental attempt must be conducted in an environment that guarantees safety. When Coyote does his experiment, he almost dies. Fortunately, Gila Monster comes to his aid and sprinkles water on Coyote’s face. In the process, Coyote rubs his face and comes to life.
