Students will understand the causes and symptoms of stress and how to manage it, and will practice public speaking and demonstration skills.

Structure:

At least three of the characters – Mr. Woodhouse, Jane, and Mrs. Churchill – suffer from illnesses which stem from stress and anxiety. Many students also face stress and anxiety.
