What flaws of Happy's are brought out in the restaurant scene?

Biff's failures and flaws have been a major preoccupation of the characters (including himself) in the play. Happy hasn't been very successful either, but he has been all right. We already knew that he was a womanizer and a philanderer who has "ruined" engaged women, and this segment proves his cunning. He is such a compulsive womanizer that he tells blatant lies to the women in order to woo them. For instance, he claims that Biff is a professional athlete.
