The Realm of the Fictitious Anonymous

At Hogwarts, House Cup rivalries & petty squabbles are more often than not, the norm. Although our community is large and diverse, its existence is threatened by dark forces - the ever-present danger of plastic pollution, unequal opportunities in the workforce, and a lack of sustainability.

Recognizing these evils and looking to defend our castle, an unusual alliance was formed: a band of talented wizards and witches gathered together. Eesh, a Ravenclaw, Krish, a Slytherin, Teena, a Gryffindor, and I, a Hufflepuff, co-founded our initiative: Rags2Bags.

Created to introduce the magic of sustainability into society, the Rags2Bags' model is the repurposing of discarded cloth into carry bags to be distributed to street vendors. Our aim was to reduce the waste generated by clothing companies, preventing them from being discharged in landfills, decreasing the requirement for single-use plastic bags, and providing employment in a pandemic.

Complacency, we soon realized, had no place at our Hogwarts. When our website developer, Teena, had a summer internship, I stepped in, trying my hand at designing the website.
