What is the view of black people concerning sorcery as stipulated in the African Religions and Philosophy by John S. Mbiti?

Unlike the western view of wizardry as malevolent and distasteful, Africans have an opposing viewpoint. According to Africans, spirits are inspirational and part of celestial authenticity because it is the best way of pleasing the gods. The black people do not view sorcery as malicious, but they consider it as divine magic and way of prayer.
