Objective:
Students will perform an excerpt from part one of the play and discuss how performing the play aloud impacted their overall understanding.
Common Core Standards:
CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL.9-10.2
Structure:
1. Break the class into groups 2-3 large groups of 10 (depends on class size). Let the groups know that they each will have an opportunity to play a character in this section of the play. Give the groups time to decide which parts each group member will play. (15 minutes)
