Treasure Island
why is treasure island told from a first person perspective
does anyone know why the story is told in the first person?
does anyone know why the story is told in the first person?
it makes the story feel more like a child is telling it, and allows for the events to unfold more dramatically.
U wish, it's told because Dr. Livesey and the squire asked Jim to in the beginning... Duh...
agreed.. totally ^^
okay but it's told by Jim because he's inexperienced and so yes it gives it a much more dramatic effect from his eyes and the way he views everything compared to the pirates who have been through these things before.
Agreed Kathy...totally^^.
yeah, it is told by him jim
