What relationships does Mr. Dolphus Raymond have with the other people of Maycomb? (Friends, Love, Hate, etc)

I think my title pretty much sums up my question. Who was he in love with, how were his friends, who did he dislike, etc...

Most people see Mr. Raymond as a drunk, and he is married to a black woman, with whom he has children. Scout describes him as evil.

"As Mr. Dolphus Raymond was an evil man I accepted his invitation reluctantly, but I followed Dill."

The people of Maycomb excuse his relationship with a black woman because he is "in the clutches of whiskey."
