What plans do the kids have for Boo?

The kids plan to leave Boo a note by putting inside the Radley's window with a fishing rod. The note is a request for him to come outside and visit with them. They even say they'll buy him ice cream.

Dill said, “We’re askin‘ him real politely to come out sometimes, and tell us what he does in there—we said we wouldn’t hurt him and we’d buy him an ice cream.”
