Mockingbird

Because of Tom's accusation on the charge of rape, his wife Helen has been unable to find work, so the family is in desperate financial circumstances. Calpurnia's church takes up a collection for Tom's family to help them through this difficult time. We also learn that the accusation has been made by Bob Ewell, a man of low reputation.
