To Kill a Mockingbird

From whose perspective is Scout describing the fall, winter, and summer towards the end of the book? Why is this significant?

In chapter 31, and what page number?

Scout is describing the seasons from Boo's perspective.

Summer, and he watched his children’s heart break. Autumn again, and Boo’s children needed him.
