Explain the difference between Atticus' concepts of family with Aunt Alexandra's.

Aunt Alexandra is all about protecting and living up to the family name..... holding onto her roots and letting everyone else know she's doing it. Atticus, on the other hand, believes in living up to his own standards (which are pretty high) and teaching his children to have respect and honor in themselves.
