Dill becomes physically sensitive at the end of the chapter, so he and Scout leave to get some fresh air. Is Dill to sensitive? What's the author's message in having Dill become ill?

Dill is definitely sensitive to the things around him..... he's also just a little boy. Lee's message would be to illustrate the way one's innocence can be stripped away in a heartbeat.
