Aunt Alexandra considers fine folks to be those with who are wealthy, have standing in the community, nice clothing, and impecable manners. She also requires good breeding or family history.

Scout defines "fine folks" to be those who are good on the inside.... how a person acts..... their goodness and their compassionate hearts.
