I need help! With my Tik Tok account!

Hello, Tik Tok so I kinda just recently hit 1000 fans

and according to you guys knew update it’s like when you hit 1000 fans your able to go live, so I went live as usual, and it was going on great for a few months, then one day I was about to go live again but then I noticed it was gone...so if you guys can please give me some suggestions about how I can get my live button back that would be great! I have 1000 followers..sooo I tried contacting Tik Tok, looking it up, but nothing has been working so far..but yea if you have a answer please let me know I want me live button back!
