What happened when Uncle Podger tried to hang up the picture?

Uncle Podger insisted that he would take care of hanging the picture, and that no one else should worry about it at all. None-the-less, he eventually had the whole family taking part, dropped the picture, broke the glass, cut himself, and lost the coat that help the handkerchief he wished to use in order to stop the bleeding. In the end, he made a mess of hanging the picture, damaged the walls, and frustrated everyone around him.
