Aspects of love in the Yellow Wallpaper

I think love is the opposite of anything going on in the story. The narrator's wife is patriarchal: he borders on misogyny. He locks the narrator in an ugly room to recover from, we can presume, postpartum depression. Genuine love and affection is not part of this story.
