Identify the symbol and the salute for The Wave. ( sorry I have been annoying I need my knowledge back on this)

The salute is performed while standing stiffly, as the right hand is cupped in the shape of the wave, and then tapped on the left shoulder. Their symbol is a circle with the outline of a wave inside of it.
